Our Shipping Policy
How It Works
A majority of our products are made-to-order and made-on-order. Available shipping options and expected time frames are shown within the checkout process. Those time frames are specific to shipping the item and do not include any processing time needed to create and fulfill your order. If you live within Cache Valley or Brigham City, Utah, we are able to hand deliver our products, which will often save you money on shipping costs. Wooden items are not always the cheapest to ship and our goal is to save you money where we can. We also offer local pick-up within Hyrum, Utah. The location and time for pick-up will be arranged offline and via email, text, or phone call after the purchase. Just select "Local Pickup" at check-out and you will receive an email confirmation with details on how to schedule the pick-up.

Our goal is to offer free standard shipping on any and all products that we can. If an item has a free shipping option, it will be listed in the checkout process. Occasionally, we will offer free shipping on all products or certain items as a promotion or as a bonus for being a loyal customer. We reserve the right to change our shipping options and prices at any time for any reason, or for no reason.

Please note that shipping times are estimated and can fluctuate depending on the weather, the complexity of the order, the size or the number of products ordered, and events outside of our control. In all cases, if there is a delay, we will provide details and keep open communication with you regarding the status of your order.

We currently do not ship large or bulky items such as custom furniture. The shipping policy above is specific to any item that is listed on this website for sale and can be purchased through the checkout process. Any custom furniture or item that you receive a quote for offline is not covered by this shipping policy. Delivery of such items will be discussed as part of the quote and, unless otherwise stated within the quote, will be your responsibility to arrange.
Returns and Refunds
How It Works
Custom Orders
Custom orders and designs are not returnable unless the item can easily be re-sold. For example, if the custom order is a sign with your family name and date of marriage, it is unlikely that can be resold. If you truly don't want it anymore, you may be able to use it as firewood or clutter for your garage. Another example is if the custom order is a landscape scene with no personal identifiers or unique information, we may be able to resell that. To determine whether we will accept your custom item as a return, please email joshuacannon@beardedravendesigns.com. We will evaluate your item and let you know if we will accept it back as a return. In all cases, Bearded Raven Designs does not cover the cost of return shipping. Any custom order that is returned without prior approval from Bearded Raven Designs will not receive a refund.
Custom Furniture & Projects
Sales on all custom furniture and projects are final. If there is something that does not meet your expectations, please reach out to us and let us know. We stand by the quality of our work and if our quality was lacking, we will provide a fix or solution to correct the issue.

All Other Purchases
All orders that are not custom may be returned within 7 days of receipt of the item. Please email JoshuaCannon@beardedravendesigns.com to inform us that your item is being returned. Bearded Raven Designs does not cover the cost of return shipping. We will send you an email notifying you once the returned item has been received. If there is any damage to the item that is not the fault of Bearded Raven Designs, a refund will not be issued. If the item is in good condition upon return, we will process your return and will notify you when the refund has been issued.

This website grants access to the product and service offerings from BRD, custom order requests, subscription services, and media produced by BRD. By continuing to access or use our website you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

In order to use our website and/or receive our products and services, you must be of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right, and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your jurisdiction or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

When purchasing a product, you agree that: (1) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to purchase the product: (2) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the product once you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for our products and/or services are listed on this website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Specific pricing, including shipping and sales tax, is calculated during the check-out process. The fee for any subscription service and any other charge you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on a monthly basis to your payment method. In the event that the subscription service is for a time frame other than monthly, such details will be noted in the subscription details as well as in the product name and noted in the check-out process. By purchasing one of our subscription services you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in the item listing specific to that service. We reserve the right to change our product and service offerings. We may, without prior notice, change the services and products; stop providing services, products, or any feature of a service or product we offer; or create limits for services and/or products. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the products, services, website, or any other material, media, or resource without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

Our Products are sold as is and come with no warranty. If there is any issue with any product you receive or you are not satisfied with your product, please refer to our return policy section to determine your options for a return and refund. If there is any damage, defect, or issue with the product that was caused or created by BRD, please follow the return policy under "Opened Packages" so that we may assess the damage, defect, or issue. Once verified that the damage, defect, or issue was created or caused by BRD, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for the shipment of repaired or replaced products to the customer and the customer will be responsible for the return shipment of the damaged or defective product to us.

The website and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Bearded Raven Designs LLC. You recognize and agree that by uploading any content (including, but not limited to designs, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artworks, interfaces, text, and literary works) through any means to the website, you confirm that you own all the relevant rights or received the appropriate license to upload/transfer/send the content. You agree and consent that the uploaded/transferred content may be publicly displayed on the website and/or be used in the creation of a custom design and product.

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the website without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment.

You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email, or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages).
